  1. SPLITTER v1.0  -  A utility allowing a SysOp
  2. to take a very large,  useless  DOWNLOAD.TXT
  3. file and split it into 2 files. The first of
  4. which holds all upload entries and the other
  5. holds all download entries.    I then delete
  6. the original  as  well  as the download info
  7. but you can archive it if you like. FREEBEE!
